Send an invoice
Send a draft to get a share link, then share it on WhatsApp or as a PDF.
- Open Invoices in the menu, and open the draft.
- Press Send invoice.
- Under Share, press Share on WhatsApp, Copy link or Download PDF.
What your customer sees
Anyone with the link can view and download the invoice. It shows your bank account so they can pay by transfer. If online payments are on, it also shows a Pay online box.
Tip Sending doesn't message the customer for you. Share the link where you talk to them.
