What you're owed, what's on its way to your bank, and every payment in one place.
Open Payments to see what customers owe, where the money they've paid is, and every payment with its status.
The four figures
- Owed to you: what customers still owe on invoices you've sent, and how many are overdue. Press it to open your invoices.
- Waiting for payout: customers have paid online, and the payment provider hasn't scheduled the payout yet.
- On its way: scheduled and being sent to your bank, with the day it should arrive.
- Paid into bank: payouts that reached your bank this month. Check them against your bank app.
Press Waiting for payout, On its way or Paid into bank to show only those payments. Press it again, or the Showing label, to see them all.
The payments list
Every payment shows who paid, what for, the amount and where the money is now. Press a payment to see the fees, the receipt and what you can do with it. The help article When does my money arrive? explains each status.
At the bottom
The bank account money is paid into, whether online payments are on, and links to Payment settings and Bank accounts.
Tip Sales staff see invoices and whether online payments are on, but not money figures or payments. Only Owners can change payment settings, bank accounts or refund.
