Refund a payment

1. Open Payments and press the payment.
2. Enter an amount, or leave it blank to refund all.
3. Add a Reason.
4. Press Refund.

After you refund

The screen says Refund sent. It can take a few days to reach the customer. A part refund reopens the invoice balance by that amount.

Tip Only online payments can be refunded here. Refund a transfer you recorded by bank transfer, the way it came.

Only Owners can refund a payment.
