Receipts
Every payment gets a numbered receipt your customer can open and download.
Habaqa issues a receipt for every payment, online or recorded by you. Receipts are numbered RCT-0001, RCT-0002 and on.
Find a receipt
- Open the invoice.
- Under Payments, press the receipt number.
- Share the page, or press Download PDF.
What your customer gets
If the customer has an email address, Habaqa emails them the receipt once. It shows your business, who paid, what for, the amount and the date. Anyone with the link can open it without signing in.
Tip A receipt doesn't change once it's issued. Receipt numbers also show when you open a payment on Payments.
