When does my money arrive?
What Waiting, On its way, In your bank, Late and Failed mean for a payment.
When a customer pays online, the payment provider pays the money into your bank account, usually the next working day. Habaqa never holds it. Each payment on Payments shows where its money is.

What each status means
- Waiting: the customer has paid. The payout isn't scheduled yet.
- On its way: the payout is scheduled and being sent, with the day it should arrive.
- In your bank: paid out, with the date. Check it against your bank app.
- Late: not in your bank two working days after it was expected. Ask us and we'll check.
- Failed: the payment provider couldn't pay it into your bank. Our team is told straight away.
- Recorded: a transfer or cash you recorded yourself. It went straight to you.
- Refunded: refunded in full, so nothing is paid out.
- Paid online: an older payment from before payouts were tracked here.
