Your business today: what is owed, profit this month and what needs you.
- Open Overview from the side menu, or Home on your phone.
- Read the four figures across the top.
- Check Needs you for anything waiting on you.
- Press any row to open that screen.
The four figures
- Outstanding: what unpaid invoices still owe you.
- Profit this month: money in, less fees and expenses, since the 1st.
- Customers: how many you have, and how many to chase today.
- Online payments: whether customers can pay by card and transfer, or bank transfer only.
Needs you
Bank payments to check, investors asking for access, and an unfinished profile show here. When nothing is waiting, the list is gone.
Tip Sales staff see no business totals. Their Overview shows Customers, To chase today and Invoices out.
