Find your way around

Every screen has one header. On the left is Habaqa and your business name. Search sits in the middle. Help, Feedback, your name and Sign out are on the right. On a phone they are under More.

The side menu

• Overview: your business at a glance.
• Money: Payments, Invoices, Transactions, Expenses, Reports.
• Selling: Products, Orders, Bookings, Store.
• People: Customers, Suppliers, Staff.
• Growing: Raise Capital, Grants, Website, Link in bio.
• Business: Profile, Get verified, Documents.

Tip Press a group name to fold it away. Items marked Soon are not ready yet.

Search

1. Press Search, or Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac).
2. Type a few letters, like invoice or expense.
3. Pick a screen to go there, or a job like New invoice or Add expense to start it.

Staff only see the screens their role allows.
