Get verified badges

There are two badges: Owner and Business. Investors see them on your profile. Neither is needed to invoice, get paid or apply for a grant.

Finish your profile

1. Open Get verified.
2. Press Finish my profile.
3. Fill in each section and press Save and continue. You go straight to the next one.
4. After the last one, you're back on Get verified.

Tip Press Get verified at the top of any section to go back without saving.

Send your documents

1. Under Documents needed, press Choose file next to Owner's ID.
2. Pick a photo or PDF of your NIN slip, driver's licence, voter's card or passport.
3. Do the same for your CAC certificate.

Tip A clear photo or a PDF, up to 10 MB. Phone photos are made smaller for you before they're sent.

Progress

• Your profile is the first half.
• Each document you send is a quarter.
• At 100% it reads Waiting for our team. You get an email when each badge is granted.

Sent a document by mistake? Press Replace under Owner or Business. If our team can't accept one, the row reads Send another with a note.

Only the owner can send documents. Staff see the progress only.

• Use a JPG, PNG or PDF.
• Keep a PDF under 10 MB.
• Try again on a steady connection.
