Ask about a payment

1. Open Payments and press the payment.
2. Press Ask about this payment.
3. Write your question and press Send.

We get the payment's details with your question, so you don't need to explain which one you mean. You get a copy by email, and we reply by email.

For a question that isn't about one payment, press Ask us under the figures at the top. If a payout is late or failed, the banner at the top has Ask us too.
