Send a download again
Renew a customer's download link when it expires or runs out.
- Open Selling, then Orders, and open the order.
- Under Downloads, find the file.
- Press Send again.
The customer gets an email with the same link, now working for another 30 days and 5 downloads. The link on their receipt works again too.
What the order shows
Each file shows how many times it was downloaded, when last, and the date the link works until. Before payment, links don't exist yet. They appear once the order is paid.
Tip A refund after a download is your call. Check the download count first.
