Products and stock
One list for everything you sell, with stock, reorder and hidden items.
Products lists everything you sell in one place: goods marked Delivered and files marked Download. Each row shows the price, what is in stock and how many sold this year.
Low stock and reorder
- Reorder: stock has reached the Low stock at number you set.
- Sold out: stock is at zero.
- Reorder section: every low or sold out product, with its usual supplier.
Stock comes down the moment an order is placed. Downloads have no stock, so they show a dash.
Hide or remove
- Hide: takes a product off your store and keeps it in your list. Press Show to put it back.
- Remove product: on the product's page, deletes it.
Tip Orders already placed keep the product's name and price, whatever you change later.
