Pack, send and deliver an order
Move an order from To pack to Delivered, or cancel it.
- Open Selling, then Orders, and open the order.
- Pack the items listed under Items.
- Arrange delivery to the address under Delivery.
- Press Mark sent. The order moves to Out.
- When it arrives, press Mark delivered.
Delivery is yours to arrange. Habaqa records the address and the customer's note, and doesn't send anything. Tap the phone number to message the customer on WhatsApp.
Cancel an order
Press Cancel order any time before it is delivered. The goods go back into stock.
Tip If you see This order has already changed, someone else moved it. Reload the page.
