Check bank payments

No bank connection yet. Until it's switched on, From your bank doesn't show and there is nothing to check here.

When it's on, From your bank lists the payments Habaqa can't place by itself. Online payments are matched automatically and never appear here.

1. Open From your bank.
2. For money in, press Match on a possible match, or pick a category and press Add as money in.
3. For money out, press Add as expense, check the details and press Add expense.
4. Press Own transfer or Not business for anything that isn't income or a cost.
5. Press Refresh to ask your bank for new payments.

In bulk

1. Tick the payments, or press Select money out to tick every payment going out.
2. Pick a Category.
3. Press Add as expenses, Own transfer or Not business. The add button shows how many you picked.

Money in is skipped in bulk. Add it one at a time.

Undo

Own transfers and Not business payments move to Recent, with Undo. To undo an added expense, delete the expense.

Tip If it says Bank disconnected, press Reconnect bank. Nothing in your books is lost.
