Join a business you were invited to

1. Open the invitation email and press its link.
2. Check the business name and your role.
3. If you're new, press Create free account. If you have an account, press Sign in.
4. Use the email address the invitation was sent to.
5. Press Join and the business name.

You land on the business's Overview, with the role you were invited as.

If it doesn't work

• Different account. You're signed in with another email. Press Switch account.
• Invitation expired. The link lasts 14 days. Ask for a new one.
• Invitation cancelled. Ask the owner to invite you again.
• No seats left. Ask the owner to free one.

Tip One account can belong to more than one business. The owner can change your role or remove you at any time.
