Emails from Habaqa
Choose which tips, updates and stories Habaqa emails you.
Habaqa sends three kinds of email you can switch off. Each one is on until you change it.
- Tips and reminders: help getting set up, nudges about things left half done, and tools that fit your business.
- Product updates: what's new each month, and a note when something you asked for is ready.
- Stories and feedback: the odd request for a review, a short survey, or a story about your business.
Change them
- Open your account by pressing your name in the header.
- Under Emails, switch each kind on or off.
- It saves as you go.
From an email
Every one of these emails has a Stop link and an Email preferences link at the bottom. They work without signing in. Stop switches off that kind at once, and Undo puts it back.
Your email app's own Unsubscribe button works too.
Emails that always come
Emails about your account, payments, documents and grant applications always come. They're needed to use Habaqa.
Tip Habaqa sends at most one of these a day, at least 4 days apart, and none on Sundays.
Some emails ask a quick question. Pressing an answer opens a short thanks page where you can add a note. It doesn't sign you in.
