Check an order or booking

1. Open the page you landed on after you ordered or booked.
2. Check the status at the top.
3. If a payment is due, press Pay now.
4. Bookmark the page to come back later.

Orders

• Your order is held, not placed. Pay to send it to the shop.
• The shop is getting your order ready.
• On its way.
• Delivered.
• This order was cancelled.

Paid or Not paid shows beside the order number. For pay on arrival, pay the shop directly.

Bookings

• Deposit due: your slot is held. Pay the deposit to confirm.
• Confirmed: you're booked. For changes, contact the shop.
• Cancelled: the booking is off.
